Requirements for obtaining a Malaysia Visa include the original passport with an expiry date of more than eight months and a signature (please attach one previous passport). You will also need a photocopy of your computerized identity card. If a child is traveling, Form-B (ب-فارم) must be provided.
You are required to submit four original photos with a white background (35 x 50 mm), non-glossy, with the face occupying 70% of the image. Ensure that there are no glasses or caps, and that the ears are clearly visible.
A last six-month bank statement with a bank covering letter and original stamps indicating a minimum balance of 2 lac is required, along with fresh statements. Additionally, you must provide your National Tax Number (NTN) and a company letterhead if applicable. A confirmed air ticket is also necessary for your Malaysia Visa application.
In cases where a company contact person refers another individual, additional documentation will be needed, including the owner’s or reference person’s NIC copy. A traveler’s personal bank statement is mandatory as well.
Please note that the embassy may request any additional documents from clients. Processing time for the Malaysia Visa is approximately 12 to 15 working days. Visa Requirements for Official & Diplomatic Passport Holders
Official and diplomatic passport holders can process their visa applications directly through the UAE Embassy, but a Note Verbal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan, is compulsory. Note Verbals with older dates will not be accepted. The purpose of entry must be clearly mentioned on the Note Verbal and the visa form; incomplete applications will not be entertained. This applies to diplomatic missions, UN agencies, and international organizations in Islamabad. A Note Verbal from the concerned Mission/Office is also required.
